My Name is Cheryl I am a complimentary therapist working mobile and from my home therapy room in the East Durham area. I began my interest and journey over 10 years ago exploring energy healing and have more recently added to my skills with additional hands on therapies such as reflexology and Indian head massage. I am dedicated to
the care and progression of those seeking complementary therapies to support
and maintain emotional, physical and spiritual health. The experience of
caring, compassionate ‘touch’ is recognised as being reassuring and soothing,
this I offer through a range of therapies giving those in
need joy, physical comfort and relief from symptoms along with
companionship, a listening ear and emotional support. The complementary therapies
offered work holistically to support and
encourage physical, emotional, spiritual
and social well-being, playing an important role in supporting
individuals in maintaining homeostasis and balance.
My aim is to provide and deliver a warm, effective, perosnalised service of the highest standard. I hope to enhance and enrich quality of life, by providing a service that is consistently available, accessible and responsive to individual needs. I aim to treat everybody as an individual and support her or him accordingly, to act with integrity and professionalism as to provide best practice, guidance and support. I am dedicated to personal development and learning and wish to expand and share my knowledge and expertise. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR) and The Federation of Holistic Therapies (FHT). I am also insured with these associations. As a trainee practitioner I received an exceptionally high level of training and support from excellent clinically experienced tutors at Seven Wellbeing Centre a social enterprise business providing services to Butterwick Hospice where I work and which £1 from every treatment I conduct is donated.
